Over the past 16 years, I’ve taught thousands of individuals to become Personal Trainers. I’ve also written courses and exams for many of the industry’s leading training companies and regulatory bodies.
Since 2014, I’ve delivered countless employee wellbeing interventions through Balance, from health screening days to seminars, workplace challenges to group bike rides and walks.
