What you told us you wanted

It's been a busy year for balance with our first online courses on nutrition and lifestyle proving very successful. We took the opportunity to ask you what you loved about them and what else you'd like to see more of in future. This is what you told us.

One of the big things you told us was that you spend a lot of your life staring at screens these days so you'd like to be able to learn more about finding your balance by reading an actual physical book. Hoorah we say! We love technology but we also know it's important to have a good balance and so we're busy creating our new book 'The art of balanced living: how to be fit, healthy and happy'. We'll keep you updated with progress and excerpts to give you a taste of what's to come.

Balance online courses

Whilst many of you wanted a book, some of you said you prefer to watch and listen. You told us that in our online courses you'd like to have even more video and audio content and so our graphic designer is busy making some awesome animated courses for you right now. We're working on a range of health and wellbeing topics for you to complement the release of the book. We're excited to see the animated versions of ourselves brought to life on your screens!
